How to Fix / Troubleshooting
Safety first: Shut off power immediately to prevent heater damage.
- Open all valves: Verify that all slice valves around the pump and heater in the Dynasty Spas equipment bay are fully pulled up (open).
- Remove and clean filter: Take out the filter cartridge and hose it off thoroughly. For testing, leave it out temporarily.
- Bleed air: Loosen heater and pump unions to purge air until water appears, then retighten.
- Restart and monitor: Restore power and watch for strong flow from the heater return. If drY persists, the circulation pump or flow/pressure sensing may be faulty and require replacement.
