Display shows LOC or LOCK, buttons on the topside control panel do not respond.

• Unlock sequence: On many Dynasty Spas, press and hold specific buttons (often "Temp Up" and "Temp Down" together) for several seconds to unlock. Refer to your user manual for the exact combination.
• Power cycle: If the unlock sequence fails, turn power off for 30 seconds and back on, then try again.
• Check for stuck buttons: Inspect the topside panel for moisture under the overlay or physically stuck keys. If buttons are unresponsive or randomly activate, the panel may need replacement.
