How to Fix / Troubleshooting
Safety first: Turn off the spa breaker before inspecting electrical connections. Only qualified persons should open electrical panels.
- Reset spa: Turn the GFCI breaker off for 30 seconds, then back on to clear transient PF errors.
- Check supply voltage: Have a qualified electrician verify that the spa is receiving the correct voltage (typically 240V for Dynasty Spas) under load.
- Inspect lugs: With power off, check that all field wiring connections at the control pack terminal block are tight and free of corrosion.
- Correct wiring issues: If low voltage or loose connections are found, have them corrected to prevent damage to the control pack.
