Possible Causes

One or more spa sensors out of range, Loose sensor connectors, Control board sensor input fault

How to Fix / Troubleshooting

Safety first: Power off the spa at the breaker.

  • Reseat all sensors: Open the control pack and carefully unplug and replug each sensor connector (temperature, high-limit, and any auxiliary sensors) to clean contacts.
  • Inspect cables: Look for any obvious damage to sensor wires along their routing from the heater tube or shell to the control pack.
  • Check water temperature: If the water is extremely hot or cold, allow it to return to normal range and then power cycle the spa.
  • Replace suspect sensors: If the error persists, replace the temperature and high-limit sensors as a set using Dynasty-compatible parts. If still unresolved, the control board may require professional diagnosis.
