• Inspect spa cover: Check the Dynasty Spas cover for heavy waterlogging, torn vinyl, or poor seal. Replace if it no longer insulates well.
• Check for air leaks: Inspect cabinet panels and equipment bay for gaps where cold air can enter. Reinstall missing insulation or seal gaps.
• Verify voltage: Have an electrician confirm that the spa is wired for the correct voltage and that both hot legs are present at the control pack.
• Confirm heater size: Ensure the installed heater (kW rating) matches Dynasty Spas specifications for your model.
