Topside control panel display is dim, missing segments, or some buttons do not respond.

Safety first: Turn off power before disconnecting the topside panel.

• Inspect panel surface: Look for cracks, water bubbles, or delamination of the overlay on the Dynasty Spas topside.
• Check cable connection: Open the control pack and reseat the topside control cable connector.
• Dry moisture: If condensation is visible, allow the panel area to dry thoroughly. Do not use heat guns directly on the panel.
• Replace panel: If issues persist, replace the topside control panel with the correct Dynasty Spas model, matching button layout and connector type.
