Possible Causes
Tripped internal fuse on Dynasty control board, Loose main power connections, Faulty transformer in control pack
How to Fix / Troubleshooting
Safety first: Turn off power at the main spa breaker before opening the control pack. Only qualified persons should work inside.
- Verify external power: Confirm that the GFCI breaker is on and not tripped.
- Inspect internal fuses: Remove the control pack cover and locate any low-voltage and main fuses. Check for blown fuses and replace only with the same type and rating.
- Check terminal block: Ensure all incoming power wires are tight at the control pack terminals.
- Transformer test (advanced): A technician can measure low-voltage output from the transformer. If absent, replace the transformer or entire control pack as specified by Dynasty Spas.
