Display shows LOC or LOCK and buttons do not respond.

Safety first: No internal access is required for this procedure.

• Unlock sequence: Refer to your Everlast Spas user manual. Commonly, press and hold the Temperature Up and Down buttons together for 3–5 seconds until LOC clears.
• Power cycle: If the unlock sequence fails, turn power off at the breaker for 30 seconds, then restore power and try again.
• Check for stuck buttons: Inspect the topside control for stuck or damaged buttons. If any button feels jammed, the topside control panel may need replacement.
