Possible Causes
Faulty pressure switch, Incorrect pressure switch adjustment, Blocked heater plumbing, Weak circulation pump
How to Fix / Troubleshooting
Safety first: Disconnect power before adjusting or replacing any pressure switch.
- Inspect plumbing: Check for kinks in hoses, closed valves, or obstructions in the heater manifold of your Everlast Spa.
- Clean filter: Remove and clean or replace the filter cartridge to ensure adequate flow.
- Check pressure switch wiring: Verify that the pressure switch leads are firmly connected and not shorted.
- Test switch: With the pump running, use a multimeter to confirm the pressure switch closes (shows continuity). If it does not, replace with an Everlast-compatible pressure switch.
- Avoid over-adjustment: Do not attempt to defeat safety by over-adjusting the pressure switch. If proper adjustment cannot be achieved with good flow, replace the switch.
