Possible Causes

Shorted pressure switch, Miswired switch, Control board input fault, Debris jamming switch mechanism

How to Fix / Troubleshooting

Safety first: Power off the spa before disconnecting any wires.

  • Disconnect switch: Remove the pressure switch leads from the Everlast control pack and check if the error changes. If PSH clears, the switch is likely shorted.
  • Inspect for debris: Remove the pressure switch from the plumbing and inspect the port for debris or scale. Clean gently and reinstall.
  • Replace switch: If the switch reads closed with no pressure applied, replace it with a compatible Everlast Spas pressure switch.
  • Board check: If a new switch does not resolve PSH, the control board may have a shorted input and require replacement.
