Possible Causes
Failed high-limit sensor, Loose sensor connection at control pack, Damaged sensor harness, Control board fault
How to Fix / Troubleshooting
Safety first: Turn off power at the spa disconnect before opening the equipment bay.
- Identify sensor: Locate the secondary or high-limit sensor on the Everlast heater tube or manifold.
- Check connection: Ensure the sensor plug is firmly seated on the control board and that there is no moisture intrusion in the connector.
- Inspect cable: Look for pinched or melted sections of the sensor cable near the heater or pump.
- Test sensor: Disconnect the sensor and measure resistance with a multimeter. Compare to the expected value for the current water temperature. Replace the high-limit sensor if readings are out of range.
- Control pack evaluation: If a new sensor does not resolve Sn2, the Everlast Spas control pack may need professional evaluation or replacement.
