How to Fix / Troubleshooting
Safety first: Turn off power before tightening hardware.
- Tighten mounts: Check Everlast pump mounting bolts and tighten to secure the pump to the base.
- Check cabinet panels: Ensure all side panels and corner pieces are properly fastened and not rattling.
- Bleed air: Run pumps with air controls closed initially to purge air, then open gradually.
- Replace pump: If vibration persists and the motor shows signs of imbalance or bearing noise, replace the Everlast pump.
