How to Fix / Troubleshooting
Safety first: Turn off power before handling ozone tubing or components.
- Inspect tubing: Follow the Everlast ozone tubing from the ozonator to the injector. Replace any brittle, cracked, or kinked tubing.
- Check valve orientation: Ensure the ozone check valve arrow points toward the injector, not the ozonator.
- Clean injector: Remove the Mazzei-style injector from the plumbing and soak in a descaling solution to remove mineral buildup.
- Replace ozonator: If tubing and injector are clear but no ozone output is detected, replace the Everlast ozonator unit.
