How to Fix / Troubleshooting
Safety first: Ensure safe access around the spa; no internal high-voltage work is required for basic checks.
- Check operating mode: Confirm the Everlast control is in Standard mode, not Economy or Sleep.
- Inspect cover: Examine the Everlast spa cover for waterlogging, tears, or poor fit. Replace if heavy or damaged.
- Verify circulation: Ensure the circulation pump runs as programmed and that water is always moving through the heater when heating is called.
- Measure temperature rise: With a thermometer, check that water temperature increases over several hours. If rise is minimal, the heater may be weak or partially failed and should be tested and replaced.
