How to Fix / Troubleshooting
Safety first: Avoid using the spa until water is properly sanitized.
- Check sanitizer: Test and adjust chlorine/bromine levels to Everlast-recommended range.
- Shock spa: Perform a heavy shock treatment and run all Everlast pumps with air controls open for at least 30 minutes.
- Clean filters: Soak Everlast filter cartridges in a filter cleaner solution, then rinse thoroughly.
- Plumbing purge: Periodically use a spa plumbing purge product to remove biofilm from Everlast plumbing, then drain and refill.
