How to Fix / Troubleshooting
Safety first: Turn off power before disconnecting the keypad.
- Clean surface: Wipe the Everlast topside panel with a mild, non-abrasive cleaner to remove oils and residue.
- Inspect for cracks: Look for hairline cracks or delamination of the keypad overlay. If present, replacement is recommended.
- Reseat connector: Disconnect and reconnect the keypad cable at the control pack to clean contacts.
- Replace keypad: Install a new Everlast-compatible topside control panel if buttons remain unreliable.
