Possible Causes
Blown low-voltage fuse on control board, Loose keypad cable, Failed topside control, Failed control pack power supply
How to Fix / Troubleshooting
Safety first: Turn off power before removing the control pack cover.
- Check fuses: Locate and test low-voltage fuses on the Everlast control board with a multimeter. Replace any blown fuses with identical ratings.
- Inspect keypad cable: Ensure the topside control cable is fully seated and not damaged.
- Test with replacement keypad: If available, plug in a known-good Everlast topside control to determine if the original is faulty.
- Control pack replacement: If fuses and keypad are good but still no display, the control pack's low-voltage supply may have failed and the pack should be replaced.
