Possible Causes

Loose pump or heater unions, Cracked PVC fittings, Failed pump shaft seal, Leaking jet body or manifold

How to Fix / Troubleshooting

Safety first: Turn off power before working near water and electrical components.

  • Locate source: Remove Everlast spa side panels and use a flashlight to trace the leak to its highest, wettest point.
  • Check unions: Hand-tighten pump and heater unions. If leaking persists, remove and inspect O-rings; replace if flattened or cracked.
  • Inspect pump seal: If water drips from directly under the pump motor, the shaft seal may have failed. Replace the seal or the entire Everlast pump.
  • Repair plumbing: For cracked PVC or manifolds, drain the spa below the leak and repair using PVC primer, cement, and appropriate Everlast-style fittings.
