Display shows LOC or a lock icon, buttons do not respond to presses.

Safety: No electrical work is required for this step; do not open the control pack for a simple lockout.

• Unlock panel: On many Evolution Spas, press and hold the Temperature Up and Temperature Down buttons together for 3–5 seconds to toggle the lock. Refer to your specific model's manual if this does not work.
• Check for stuck buttons: Press each button individually to ensure it moves freely and is not physically stuck.
• Power cycle: Turn off power at the GFCI breaker for 30 seconds, then restore power to reset the control logic.

If the panel remains locked or unresponsive, the topside control panel may be failing and should be replaced with a compatible Evolution Spas keypad.
