Possible Causes
Recent power outage, Loose connections at GFCI breaker, Undersized wiring to spa, Voltage drop under load
How to Fix / Troubleshooting
Safety: Turn off power at the main breaker before tightening any electrical connections. Only work on electrical components if you are qualified.
- Confirm power stability: Check if other appliances in the home experienced power issues. If so, wait for utility power to stabilize.
- Inspect GFCI breaker: Ensure the spa GFCI breaker is fully in the ON position and not partially tripped.
- Check wiring (qualified persons only): Verify that all lugs in the spa disconnect and control pack are tight and free of corrosion.
If PF errors continue, have a licensed electrician verify supply voltage and wiring size to the Evolution Spa.
