Possible Causes
Insufficient water flow, Faulty pressure switch, Air lock in heater plumbing, Clogged suction or return line
How to Fix / Troubleshooting
Safety: Disconnect power at the GFCI breaker before opening the equipment bay.
- Check water level and filter: Ensure proper water level and clean the filter cartridge.
- Bleed air: Loosen unions at the pump and heater to release trapped air, then retighten.
- Inspect pressure switch: Confirm it is properly threaded into the heater manifold and that its wires are secure.
- Test flow: Restore power and run the pump. If flow is strong but PSo remains, the pressure switch may be defective.
Replace the pressure switch if necessary. If a new switch does not resolve the issue, the control board may require professional diagnosis.
