How to Fix / Troubleshooting
Safety: Turn off power at the GFCI breaker before touching any electrical connections.
- Check pump 1 wiring: Verify that the pump 1 wires are securely connected to the correct terminals on the control pack and that there are no signs of overheating.
- Test pump manually: If qualified, disconnect pump 1 and test it with a known-good power source of the correct voltage to confirm whether the motor runs.
- Inspect control board: Look for burned or discolored areas near the pump 1 relay.
If the pump runs when powered directly but not from the control pack, the control board relay is likely faulty and the board should be replaced.
