Rattling or vibrating noise from under the spa when pumps are running.

Safety: Turn off power at the GFCI breaker before reaching into the equipment bay.

• Tighten mounts: Check and tighten the bolts securing the pumps and control pack to the equipment base.
• Add padding: If PVC pipes are vibrating against the cabinet, insert foam or rubber padding between them and the wood or plastic structure.
• Inspect isolation pads: Replace any cracked or missing rubber pads under the pump feet.

Reducing vibration will extend the life of plumbing joints and improve user comfort.
