Possible Causes

Tripped GFCI breaker, Blown main fuse on control board, Loose or incorrect supply wiring, Failed control board power supply

How to Fix / Troubleshooting

Safety: Only qualified persons should work inside electrical panels. Always turn off the main breaker before opening any covers.

  • Check GFCI breaker: Verify the spa breaker is in the ON position. If tripped, reset once. If it trips again immediately, do not continue resetting.
  • Verify disconnect: Ensure any outdoor spa disconnect is also ON.
  • Inspect control pack fuses: With power OFF, open the Evolution Spas control pack and locate any glass or cartridge fuses. Replace blown fuses with identical ratings only.
  • Check wiring: Confirm that supply wires are tight and correctly landed on the control pack terminals according to the wiring diagram.

If the spa remains dead after these checks, the control board power supply may have failed and should be replaced by a professional.
