Topside control buttons are unresponsive or only work intermittently.

Safety: Turn off power at the GFCI breaker before disconnecting the topside panel.

• Inspect panel surface: Look for cracks, bubbles, or water under the overlay.
• Check cable connection: Ensure the keypad cable is firmly plugged into the control pack and free of corrosion.
• Dry moisture: If condensation is present, gently dry the panel and consider adding a protective cover.

If buttons remain unreliable, replace the topside control panel with an Evolution Spas-compatible unit.
