Possible Causes
Stuck-open air control valve, Cracked air line, Loose air control body, Incorrect jet internals
How to Fix / Troubleshooting
Safety first: Turn off power before disassembling any controls.
- 1. Verify air controls: Turn all air control knobs fully clockwise to the OFF position.
- 2. Inspect air controls: Check around the air control bodies on the spa rim for cracks or loose mounting nuts.
- 3. Check for gurgling: Listen for gurgling sounds in the equipment bay that may indicate an air leak into suction lines.
Stuck or damaged air controls can usually be replaced from the top side without shell removal. Use Freeflow-compatible replacements.
