LOC or lock icon on display; buttons do not respond.

Safety: No electrical work is required for this issue.

• 1. Check user manual: Refer to your Freeflow Spas manual for the exact button combination to unlock the panel (commonly holding specific buttons for several seconds).
• 2. Try common unlock sequence: On many panels, press and hold the Temperature Up and Temperature Down buttons together for 3–5 seconds until LOC disappears.
• 3. Power cycle: If the lock does not clear, turn power off at the breaker for 30 seconds, then back on. Some models reset the lock on power-up.

If the panel remains unresponsive without showing LOC, there may be a keypad or control board fault instead.
