Possible Causes
Recent power outage, Tripped GFCI breaker, Loose power connections at terminal block, Voltage drop from undersized wiring
How to Fix / Troubleshooting
Safety first: Only qualified persons should open the electrical junction or control box.
- 1. Reset GFCI: Press the RESET button on the spa's GFCI breaker or outlet. If it trips again immediately, do not force it on.
- 2. Restore settings: Re-enter desired temperature and filtration cycles on the topside panel.
- 3. Inspect wiring (qualified person): With power off, check that all lugs at the spa's terminal block are tight and that wire gauge matches Freeflow's installation requirements.
If PF appears frequently without known outages, have an electrician or spa technician check supply voltage and connections.
