How to Fix / Troubleshooting
Safety: Turn off power at the breaker before servicing the blower.
- Inspect intake: Locate the Hanscraft air blower and ensure its intake is not blocked by insulation or debris.
- Check for water: If water is present in the blower housing or air line, the check valve or Hartford loop may have failed. Do not run the blower until water is cleared and cause corrected.
- Allow cooling: If the blower housing is hot, allow it to cool for 30–60 minutes and retry.
If the blower still fails to start or trips, replace the blower unit.
