Buttons on the control panel are unresponsive or trigger the wrong functions.

Safety: Turn off power before disconnecting the keypad.

• Clean surface: Wipe the keypad with a damp cloth to remove lotions or contaminants that may interfere with button operation.
• Reseat cable: Disconnect and reconnect the keypad ribbon cable at the control board.

If specific buttons remain non-functional or misbehave, replace the Hanscraft topside control panel.
