Display shows COd or similar; spa appears unresponsive to most buttons.

Note: This is typically not a hardware fault.

• Unlock keypad: Press and hold the designated lock/unlock button combination on the Hanscraft topside (often Temperature Up + Down together for several seconds) until the lock icon disappears.
• Power cycle: If the lock will not clear, turn off power at the breaker for 30 seconds and restore. Try the unlock sequence again.
• Check for stuck buttons: Press each button individually to ensure none are stuck or physically jammed.

If the panel remains locked or unresponsive, the keypad may be failing and require replacement.
