Safety: Always turn off power at the breaker before removing the control box cover.

• Factory reset: With power on, use the Hanscraft topside control to perform a system reset or restore factory settings (refer to the user manual for the specific key sequence).
• Reprogram filtration cycles: After reset, re-enter the correct time and filtration/heating schedules.
• Check for frequent power loss: If your spa loses power often, consider installing an uninterruptible power supply (UPS) for the control circuit or improving the reliability of the dedicated spa circuit.

If F12 returns after a reset and stable power, the control board’s clock circuit may be defective and the board will need replacement.
