High-voltage hazard: Only perform electrical checks if you are qualified. Always turn off power at the breaker and lock it out before opening the electrical compartment.

• Verify supply voltage: Have a qualified electrician measure the line voltage at the spa’s terminal block. Confirm it matches Hanscraft’s specified configuration (e.g., 230–240 V single-phase).
• Check wiring configuration: Ensure that line, neutral, and ground wires are connected according to the Hanscraft wiring diagram inside the control box cover.
• Tighten terminals: With power OFF, check that all terminal screws are snug. Loose connections can cause voltage drops and F7 errors.

If voltage and wiring are correct but F7 persists, the internal power supply on the control board may be defective and the board should be replaced by a technician.
