How to Fix / Troubleshooting

Safety: Turn off power at the breaker before working on lighting.

  • Check settings: Cycle through light modes on the Hanscraft topside to ensure it is not a programmed effect.
  • Inspect main light: Access the main underwater light from inside the spa. Check for water inside the lens; if present, the light assembly must be replaced.
  • Inspect connections: In the equipment bay, locate the low-voltage light connectors and ensure they are secure and dry.

If multiple lights fail simultaneously and connections are good, the LED driver or control board may need replacement.
