Inspect tubing: Follow the ozone tubing from the Hanscraft ozone generator to the injector. Replace any brittle or cracked tubing.
Check valve orientation: Ensure the ozone check valve arrow points toward the spa water, preventing backflow into the generator.
Clean or replace injector: Remove the Mazzei-style injector (if used) and soak in vinegar to remove scale, or replace if blocked.
