Possible Causes

Heater energized without water, Severe air lock, Flow switch stuck open, Empty or very low water level

Safety first: Turn off power immediately to prevent heater damage.

Verify water level: Fill the spa to the proper level above all jets and suctions.
Bleed air from heater: Loosen heater unions to purge air until water flows steadily, then retighten.
Reset any manual thermal cutouts: Some No-Fault heaters have a reset button; press it with power OFF.
