Heater energized without water, Severe air lock, Flow switch stuck open, Empty or very low water level
How to Fix / Troubleshooting
Safety first: Turn off power immediately to prevent heater damage.
- Verify water level: Fill the spa to the proper level above all jets and suctions.
- Bleed air from heater: Loosen heater unions to purge air until water flows steadily, then retighten.
- Reset any manual thermal cutouts: Some No-Fault heaters have a reset button; press it with power OFF.
If DRY returns, the flow switch or circulation pump may be faulty and should be tested and replaced as needed.
