Jets run but are weak or uneven; some seats have little to no pressure.

Safety first: Turn off power before removing filters or jets.

• Clean or remove filters: Take out all filters and run the spa briefly. If jet strength improves, clean or replace the filters.
• Adjust diverter valves: Rotate any diverter valves to direct flow to the desired seats. Ensure they are not stuck between positions.
• Clean jets: Many Hot Spring jets can be twisted and pulled out. Soak them in a descaling solution to remove calcium buildup, then reinstall.
• Check for air locks: After a refill, run pumps on high and open all air controls to purge air from the lines.
