Possible Causes
Poor ventilation around Hydropool control pack, High ambient temperature in spa enclosure, Blocked air vents in cabinet, Control board temperature sensor fault
How to Fix / Troubleshooting
Safety: Turn off power if you smell burning or see melted components.
- Improve ventilation: Open cabinet access panels and ensure that vents are not blocked by insulation, debris, or stored items.
- Check installation environment: If the spa is installed in a small room or enclosure, provide additional ventilation or cooling to reduce ambient temperature.
- Inspect control pack: Look for dust buildup on the control pack and nearby components. Gently clean with dry compressed air.
- Allow to cool: Leave power off for 30–60 minutes to allow the control pack to cool, then restore power and monitor.
- Persistent AOH: If the error recurs in normal ambient conditions, the internal temperature sensor on the control board may be faulty and the board should be evaluated by a technician.
