Display shows LOC or LOCK; buttons on the topside control are unresponsive.

Safety: No electrical work is required for basic unlocking.

• Unlock sequence: Refer to your Hydropool user manual for the specific unlock procedure. Commonly, pressing and holding certain buttons (e.g., Temperature Up and Down together for 3–5 seconds) will toggle the lock.
• Power reset: If the unlock sequence fails, turn power OFF for 1–2 minutes and back ON. Try the unlock sequence again.
• Inspect panel: Check the topside control for signs of water under the display or stuck keys. If buttons feel mushy or do not click, the panel may be water-damaged.
• Replace topside if needed: A failed Hydropool topside control panel should be replaced with the correct model number to ensure compatibility.
