• Test pump manually (advanced): A qualified technician can test the pump by applying correct line voltage directly to the motor leads to confirm operation.
• Control pack settings: On some packs, dip switches or software settings define the number of pumps. Incorrect settings can cause P2 errors and should be adjusted per Hydropool documentation.
• Replace faulty pump or board: If Pump 2 is non-functional but receives proper voltage, replace the pump. If no voltage is present when commanded, the control board output is likely faulty.
