How to Fix / Troubleshooting
Safety: Ensure hands are dry when operating breakers or controls.
- Full power reset: Turn off power at the GFCI for at least 5 minutes, then restore power and allow the spa to complete its startup sequence.
- Check configuration: Compare dip switch or jumper settings on the control board to the Hydropool wiring diagram for your model. Incorrect settings can cause reset loops.
- Factory reset (if available): Some topside controls allow a factory reset via a button sequence. Refer to the Hydropool manual.
- Persistent rE: If the spa continually resets or shows rE, the control board may have a memory fault and should be replaced by a technician.
