One or more jets do not work at all while others are strong.

Safety: Keep hands away from suction fittings while pumps are running.

• Check air controls: Turn the air control knob for the affected seat fully open to allow air and water mix.
• Adjust diverter valves: Rotate diverter valves to direct more flow to the affected zone.
• Remove and inspect jet: With pumps OFF, twist and pull the non-working jet insert to remove it. Check for debris or scale and clean thoroughly.
• Inspect jet body: Shine a light into the jet body to ensure no foreign objects are blocking the water path.
• Replace damaged jets: If the jet insert is cracked or the internal mechanism is broken, replace with the correct Hydropool jet insert model.
