Spa water is cloudy even though jets and pumps work normally.

Safety: Cloudy water can harbor bacteria; avoid prolonged soaking until clarity is restored.

• Clean or replace filters: Rinse filters thoroughly; if older than 1–2 years or heavily stained, replace with new Hydropool-compatible cartridges.
• Increase filtration time: Adjust the control settings to run longer filtration cycles each day.
• Balance water: Test and adjust pH, alkalinity, and sanitizer levels. Use a clarifier product if recommended.
• Partial drain/refill: If cloudiness persists, drain a portion of the water and refill with fresh water, then rebalance.
