Possible Causes
Tripped GFCI breaker, Blown main fuse on Hydropool control pack, Loose power connections in spa disconnect box, Faulty service disconnect or house breaker
How to Fix / Troubleshooting
Safety: High voltage is present at spa breakers and inside the control pack. If you are not comfortable working with electricity, contact a licensed electrician or spa technician.
- Check GFCI: Locate the spa's GFCI breaker or outdoor disconnect. Press RESET firmly. If it trips immediately, there may be a ground fault.
- Verify house breaker: Ensure the main breaker feeding the spa subpanel is ON.
- Inspect control pack fuses: With power OFF at the breaker, remove the control pack cover and check for blown fuses (glass or blade type). Replace only with identical ratings.
- Check incoming voltage (advanced): A qualified person can measure line voltage at the control pack terminals to confirm proper supply (e.g., 240V across L1–L2).
- Persistent no power: If breakers and fuses are good but the pack remains dead, the Hydropool control board or transformer may have failed and should be replaced by a technician.
