How to Fix / Troubleshooting
Safety first: Disconnect power before removing filters or opening any fittings.
- 1. Clean/replace filter:
- Remove the filter cartridge and rinse thoroughly.
- Replace if older than recommended or visibly damaged.
- 2. Check suction and return:
- Inspect inside the spa at the suction and return ports for debris.
- Remove any obstructions by hand.
- 3. Bleed air:
- Open the air release valve on the pump until water flows steadily, then close.
- 4. Restart:
- Plug in, reset RCD/GFCI, and run filtration.
- If E01 persists: The circulation pump or flow sensor may be failing; professional diagnosis is recommended.
