How to Fix / Troubleshooting
Safety first: Unplug the spa and allow the pump to cool before inspection.
- 1. Check water flow path:
- Ensure all inlet/outlet valves are open and hoses are not kinked.
- 2. Clean filter and ports:
- Clean or replace the filter cartridge.
- Clear debris from suction and return ports.
- 3. Restart after cooling:
- Wait at least 1 hour, then reconnect power and test.
- If E07 recurs: The pump motor may be overheating due to internal damage. Professional replacement of the heater pump unit or pump motor is advised.
