How to Fix / Troubleshooting

Safety first: Disconnect power before servicing.

  • 1. Clean/replace filter:
    • Remove and rinse the Intex filter cartridge thoroughly.
    • Replace if necessary.
  • 2. Check ports and hoses:
    • Ensure suction and return ports are clear.
    • Straighten any kinked hoses.
  • 3. Bleed air:
    • Open the air release valve on the pump until water flows steadily.
  • 4. Restart:
    • Reconnect power and test filtration/heating.
  • If E10 persists: The circulation pump or internal flow sensor may need replacement.
