Spa loses air pressure and becomes soft over several hours or days

Safety first: Do not overinflate to compensate for leaks; this can damage seams.

• 1. Check inflation valve:
  • Ensure the inflation valve is fully tightened and the cap is secure.
• 2. Locate leaks:
  • Spray soapy water on suspected areas (seams, valve, floor) and look for bubbles.
• 3. Patch small holes:
  • Use the Intex repair patch kit.
  • Clean and dry the area, apply patch per instructions, and allow full cure time.
• 4. Reinflate to correct pressure:
  • Use the built-in pump or recommended pump; do not exceed the indicated pressure.
• If leak is at a seam or large: The liner may need replacement; contact Intex for liner options.
