Possible Causes
Blown low-voltage fuse on control board, Failed topside control panel, Loose ribbon cable, Control board power supply failure
How to Fix / Troubleshooting
Safety: Turn off power at the breaker before opening the control box.
- Verify power: Confirm the GFCI breaker is ON and not tripped.
- Inspect fuses: Open the control box and locate any low-voltage fuses on the Jacuzzi control board. Replace blown fuses with identical type and rating only.
- Check ribbon cable: Ensure the cable from the topside panel is fully seated and not damaged.
- Test panel (if available): If you have access to a known-good Jacuzzi topside panel, swap temporarily to see if the display returns.
If fuses blow repeatedly or there is still no display, the control board likely has an internal fault and should be replaced by a professional.
