Display shows LOC or LOCK and buttons do not respond to presses.

Note: LOC is usually a user lock feature.

• Unlock sequence: Press and hold the designated button combination (often TEMP UP and TEMP DOWN together for several seconds) until LOC clears. Refer to your Jacuzzi manual for the exact sequence.
• Check for stuck buttons: Press each button individually to ensure none are physically stuck or damaged.
• Power cycle: If LOC will not clear, turn power off for 5 minutes and back on, then try the unlock sequence again.

If the panel remains locked or unresponsive, the topside control panel may be faulty and require replacement.
